Arrival from the airport to the Meeting venue
Barcelona-El Prat Airport, also known as the Barcelona Airport, is the main international airport located 12km (7.5mi) southwest of the city.
Barcelona taxis are easily spotted with their yellow and black livery. There are taxi ranks outside each terminal building. The journey into the city takes around 20 minutes and costs around 30 EUR (journey + luggage).
From Terminal 1, take Line A1 Pl. Catalunya which takes about 20 minutes to the station, Pl. Espanya-FGC. The Catalonia Barcelona Plaza Hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from this station. The price for a one-way ticket is under 6 EUR.

The Opening Session starts at 08:30am on Friday, September 15 at the Barcelona Hall (floor -1)
Registration and Hospitality Desk
The Registration Desk will operate during the following hours:

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the OC Program Book, your personal name badge, invitations, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all Meeting activities and social events.
Meet & Greet Reception
An informal OC Meet & Greet Reception will be held on Friday, September 15 at 17:45, all registered participants are invited to join us!
Certificate of Attendance
All registered participants will receive a username and password following the meeting. Participants will be asked to log-in with their username and password on a special link via the meeting website. Once you are logged in, your certificate of attendance will be available for download.
Invited Speakers Presentations
Speakers are requested to hand their presentation to the technician located at the back of the lecture hall no later than 2 hours prior to the session in which they are scheduled in order to upload their slides.
Posters should be mounted on the boards provided on-site on Friday
Morning, September 15th. Mounting material will be provided by the meeting Secretariat.
Please check your poster number in the meeting Program Book.
Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters to answer questions during the breaks as scheduled in the Program.
Please dismantle your poster by 13:00 on September 16th.
The Meeting Organizer is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
Some participants may require a visa in order to enter Spain. Please check with your local Consulate or Embassy.
Please remember that obtaining an entry visa is your own responsibility.
The Meeting secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Ovarian Club meeting. Participants are expected to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
